Toradol is an NSAID and is not appropriate for every patient. Your clinician will ask about blood thinners, kidney conditions, NSAID allergies, GI bleeding history, and pregnancy at check-in. If Toradol is not appropriate for you, the Hangover Drip can still be administered without it for a slight cost adjustment. The remaining ingredients (saline, B complex, Zofran) still address the dehydration, energy depletion, and nausea components of recovery.

Your clinician does a brief review when you arrive. They will ask about current medications, blood thinners, kidney conditions, NSAID allergies, and pregnancy to confirm Toradol is appropriate for you. Takes about 5 minutes.
Your clinician places the IV in your arm using a small flexible catheter. Takes about a minute. Once it is in you can relax in your chair, scroll your phone, or just close your eyes and let the bag work.
The infusion runs over 45 to 60 minutes depending on your vein flow. Most patients feel the headache lifting within 30 minutes and the nausea calming shortly after. By the time the bag is empty you are usually back to feeling like yourself.

By the time the bag finishes (45 to 60 minutes), the majority of patients describe feeling close to back to normal. Patients who came in severely dehydrated or significantly hungover tend to notice the most dramatic improvement.
An IV does not metabolize alcohol any faster than your liver does naturally. What it does is treat the symptoms of dehydration, depleted nutrients, headache, and nausea that make a hangover feel terrible. If you came in still actively intoxicated, you will leave more hydrated and with a clearer head, but you will not be cleared to drive any sooner than you would be otherwise. Use good judgment.
Yes. The Hangover Drip is safe to administer to patients who are still actively intoxicated and is sometimes most effective when given early. That said, you will need to be able to consent to treatment and to provide an accurate health history at check-in. If you are too impaired to do that safely, your clinician may ask you to come back when you can. Bring a friend if you are not sure.

Your clinician will ask about all of this at check-in. If Toradol is not appropriate for you, the Hangover Drip can still be administered without it. The saline, B complex, and Zofran still address the dehydration, energy depletion, and nausea components of recovery, just without the IV pain relief component.
The combination of IV fluids, B vitamins, anti-nausea medication, and pain relief is genuinely useful for any situation that mirrors a hangover, including dehydration with headache, post-event recovery, jet lag with nausea, or migraine flare-ups. If your situation is not a hangover but you have a similar set of symptoms, the Hangover Drip may still be the right fit. Your clinician will help you decide at check-in.
Plan for about 60 to 75 minutes total. That covers your check-in and brief health review (about 5 minutes), IV placement (about a minute), and the infusion itself (45 to 60 minutes depending on your vein flow). You can use the time to relax, work on your phone, or just rest while the drip does its job.
